- 3:00 PM: Setup (Volunteers arrive for setup)
- 4:00 - 4:50 PM: Team Check-in ($60 entry fee at the door - Walk-ins will be accepted only if space allows, up to a maximum of 64 teams)
- 5:00 PM: Tournament Starts
- 10:00 PM: Silent Auction Closes
- 11:00 PM: Tournament Ends
